3D Personnel are currently looking for a Counterbalance Forklift Driver for a construction project in Winchester.
The day-to-day duties will consist of:
Operating the Counterbalance Forklift in a safe and efficient manner
Loading, unloading, and moving materials around the site
Assisting with deliveries and ensuring materials are stored correctly
Supporting trades and subcontractors with the movement of materials and equipment
Performing all required duties on site as instructed by the site management team
Operating the forklift in accordance with site risk assessments and company procedures
Carrying out daily checks and inspections of the allocated forklift to ensure it remains safe, reliable, and presentable
Co-operating and communicating with all site personnel, including banksmen, traffic marshals, and site management
Maintaining a clean and organised working area
Conducting all work in accordance with industry health and safety standards
Requirements:
Must hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (CPCS, NPORS, RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent)
Must be hard-working, reliable, and driven
Must have valid ID/Passport
Must have full PPE (Hard hat, Hi-Vis vest, and safety boots)
Must have previous experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift on a construction site, warehouse, or industrial project
Good understanding of site health and safety procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a tea
