Be part of the team that keeps Cadent moving

Join our Fleet and Logistics Team and step into a role where no two days are the same. As a Fleet Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our fleet, managing vehicle-related fines and statutory notices alongside wider administrative responsibilities.

You’ll be at the centre of a busy, fast-paced environment, supporting colleagues, connecting with stakeholders across the business, and liaising with external authorities to ensure fines are processed accurately and on time, while also keeping day-to-day fleet activities running efficiently. From handling penalties and ensuring compliance, to supporting general fleet administration and maintaining accurate records, your role will be essential in keeping our drivers, engineers, and operations moving safely and effectively.

If you’re organised, proactive, and love being at the centre of a busy, fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.

Why you'll love this role:
Supporting the Team: You’ll work closely with the wider team, providing vital administrative support across fleet operations, including the management of vehicle fines and compliance activities.
Juggling Priorities: From processing fines and tracking statutory deadlines to resolving day-to-day fleet queries, you’ll be confident multitasking, problem-solving, and adapting to changing business needs.
Building Strong Relationships: Your excellent communication skills will help you connect with internal stakeholders, drivers, and external authorities (such as councils and enforcement agencies), ensuring smooth and timely resolution of fines and fleet-related matters.
Delivering Operational Excellence: You’ll manage key administrative processes, from handling PCNs and vehicle-related notices to maintaining accurate fleet records, processing documentation, and supporting wider operational activities.
Being the Go-To Contact: Whether it’s responding to fines queries, supporting drivers and managers, or compiling information for reporting and analysis, you’ll be a reliable and approachable point of contact.
Keeping Everyone Organised: From tracking fine deadlines and maintaining audit trails, preparing documentation, and supporting team coordination, you’ll help keep everything running efficiently and on time. What you'll bring:
Previous administrative experience (fleet or transport environment desirable)
Understanding of fleet operations, including vehicles, drivers, and compliance processes
Knowledge of SAP or fleet management systems (advantageous)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive workloads
Confident communicator, both verbal and written
Ability to build effective working relationships across teams and with external stakeholders
Logical thinker with a proactive, can-do approach
Able to work independently while adapting to changing priorities

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, dedicated, and high-performing team at the heart of our operations. Your work will make a tangible difference every day, helping us deliver for our colleagues, partners, and customers. If you thrive in a role where you’re trusted, valued, and encouraged to develop, you’ll feel right at home here. Ready to help keep Cadent moving? Apply today
