The Role

A committed EYFS Teacher is sought to deliver engaging, high-quality early years provision on a part-time basis (2.5 days per week), fostering curiosity, independence, and a love of learning.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and deliver effective teaching in line with the EYFS framework

* Create a positive, inclusive learning environment

* Assess and monitor progress to inform planning

* Support children’s communication, social, and emotional development

* Work collaboratively with staff and communicate effectively with parents

* Contribute to the wider life of the school

* Uphold safeguarding and welfare requirements at all times

Person Specification

Essential:

* QTS or recognised EYFS qualification

* EYFS teaching experience

* Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS framework

* Effective communication and teamwork skills

* Commitment to safeguarding

Desirable:

* Independent school experience

* Knowledge of early literacy/phonics

* Experience with SEND

* Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to obtain)

Working Pattern

* 2.5 days per week (working pattern to be agreed)
