Do you have a passion for supporting children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)? We are working with specialist autism schools seeking caring, enthusiastic and dedicated support staff to join their teams.

💡 Your Role:
* Supporting pupils with autism across a range of ages and abilities
* Assisting with communication and social development
* Delivering personalised support strategies
* Encouraging independence and life skills
* Working closely with teachers, therapists and families
🎯 We Are Looking For:
* Experience supporting children with autism (preferred but not essential)
* A patient, empathetic and positive attitude
* Strong communication skills
* Individuals who are passionate about inclusive education
* Backgrounds in education, care, support work, psychology or youth services are welcomed
