• Teach and assess learners across Plumbing & Heating programmes, including full-time courses and apprenticeships
• Deliver engaging, practical sessions in workshop and classroom environments
• Support learners in developing industry-standard skills, knowledge, and safe working practices
• Embed current industry practices, regulations, and sustainability principles into teaching
• Maintain high standards of health & safety, safeguarding, and professionalism
• Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement
What You’ll Bring
• A Level 3 NVQ in Plumbing
• Gas competency
• An IQA & Assessors Award or a willingness to work towards one
• Industry experience within Plumbing & Heating Engineering
• Strong practical skills and up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations
• Experience supporting or mentoring others, either in the workplace or education
• A teaching qualification is welcomed — but if you don’t have one yet, we’ll support you to achieve it while you work
