Assist the Site Manager with the day-to-day management of site operations.

Coordinate and oversee timber frame installations and follow-on trades.

Ensure all works are carried out safely, on schedule, and to high quality standards.

Manage site logistics, deliveries, and material control.
*
Maintain site records, reports, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
*
Foster good working relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager within timber frame construction.
*
Strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing.
*
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
*
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications – essential.
*
Full UK driving licence required
