We're looking for a skilled Application Support Analyst to support and enhance core insurance platforms used across underwriting, claims, and Back Office functions. You'll work closely with internal teams and external vendors to maintain and improve systems like Subscribe, Exact Advantage, and other market-leading applications.

This is a hands-on role where you'll troubleshoot issues, coordinate releases, and contribute to system rollouts, documentation, and user training - all within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

Experience supporting insurance applications (Subscribe, Exact Advantage, etc.)
Strong SQL/database skills and familiarity with ITIL processes
A background in the London Market or Lloyd's insurance systems
