Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 FTE + Bonus + Life Insurance

The Role

As a Commercial Account Handler, you will manage a varied portfolio of commercial clients, providing first-class service and supporting the Director with the day-to-day management of accounts.

You'll work across a broad range of commercial insurance products including:

Commercial Combined
Property Owners
Shop Insurance
Technology Risks
Engineering Insurance
Liability
Motor Fleet
And other commercial classesThis is a client-focused role where you'll build lasting relationships, handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, negotiate with insurers and ensure clients receive the highest levels of service and advice.

What We're Looking For

A minimum of 3 years' commercial insurance experience within a broking environment
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products
Experience managing client relationships and servicing accounts
Acturis experience would be advantageous
Working towards CII qualifications would be beneficial, although not essential
A professional, self-motivated and organised approach
Someone who enjoys building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your workload
