Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Early Years professional ready to take the next step in your career? We are working with a well-established, high-quality private nursery group in Central London that is looking to appoint a passionate and dedicated Pre-School Room Leader.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking setting that is about to relocate to a state-of-the-art nursery in Shoreditch, offering a fantastic working environment and opportunities for career progression.

About the Role
As a Pre-School Room Leader, you will take full responsibility for leading and managing a busy pre-school room, ensuring the highest standards of care, learning, anddevelopment for children aged 3-5 years.

You will play a key role in shaping the curriculum, mentoring staff, and creating an engaging and stimulating environment that supports every child's individual development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and support a team of practitioners within the pre-school room
Plan and deliver a creative, play-based curriculum in line with the EYFS framework
Monitor children's learning and development, ensuring accurate observations and assessments
Build strong relationships with parents and carers, providing regular feedback and updates
Ensure the room meets all safeguarding, health & safety, and Ofsted requirements
Contribute to the overall ethos and continuous improvement of the nurseryRequirements

Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above)
Proven experience working within a nursery setting, ideally in a senior or room leader capacity
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
A genuine passion for early childhood education and delivering high-quality careWhat's on Offer
