We are currently recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established and growing building services provider working across a prestigious leisure contract throughout London.

The Role
As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive breakdowns and remedial works across a portfolio of leisure facilities.
You will be working on a range of commercial air conditioning systems, ensuring equipment is maintained to a high standard and responding efficiently to service calls when required.
Equipment Worked On
VRV / VRF systems
Split systems
Multi-split systems
Associated air conditioning plant and controls Duties
Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
Reactive breakdown diagnosis and repair
Remedial and small works
Fault finding and system diagnostics
Completion of service reports and compliance paperwork
Liaising with site teams and contract management Requirements
Proven experience working as an Air Conditioning Engineer
FGAS Category 1 qualification
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Experience with VRV/VRF, split and multi-split systems
Full UK driving licence
Good communication and customer service skills Package
£47,000 basic salary
Company van with private use
1 in 4 call-out rota
