Accessories Returns Assistant
Location: London NW10 (Nearest Station: Stonebridge Park)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm (42.5 hours per week)
Salary: £28,089.10 per annum (£12.71 per hour)

Purpose of the Role
The Accessories Returns Assistant is responsible for ensuring all returned hired props are processed accurately and efficiently. This includes checking items back into stock, identifying any loss or damage, and ensuring all returns are ready for redistribution in line with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Process and sign in returned props accurately
* Report missing, damaged, or broken items
* Communicate with customers and production staff regarding return queries or discrepancies via telephone, email, and in person
* Liaise with the sales team regarding returned stock queries
* Label and code unmarked stock where possible
* Carry out manual handling duties as required
* Support and coordinate with the Loss and Damage Manager
* Assist the Accessories team when needed
Essential Skills and Experience
* Minimum GCSE qualifications in English and Maths (or overseas equivalent)
* Strong spoken and written English communication skills
* Computer literate
* Excellent organisational and customer service skills
* Professional and confident telephone manner
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
* Able to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
Desirable Skills
* Proactive mindset with ideas to improve department processes
* Understanding of social media platforms and how they can support business activities
