We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber to join a busy social housing maintenance team covering Hulme and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will have a strong background in social housing repairs and be capable of delivering high-quality workmanship while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out day-to-day plumbing repairs within social housing properties.
Complete planned and reactive maintenance works.
Undertake basic multi-trade tasks where required.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures.
Maintain accurate records of work completed.
Provide a professional service to tenants and residents.
Requirements
NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent.
Previous experience working within social housing repairs and maintenance.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Multi-trade skills would be advantageous.
Strong understanding of health and safety requirements.
Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: £26 (LTD) per hour
Company Van provided.
Tools provided.
PPE provided.
Overtime available.
40 hours per week.
Shift pattern of 11:30am–8:00pm on four weekdays, plus every Saturday 8:00am–4:30pm.
