Do you have hands-on experience servicing, maintaining, or repairing CNC machinery or machine tools?

Are you a mechanically biased engineer who enjoys stripping down complex equipment, diagnosing faults, rebuilding precision components, and getting machinery back to peak performance?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected machine tool specialist that genuinely invests in its engineers through full OEM training, specialist development, and long-term career progression.

You'll work on high-spec CNC machinery across a varied customer base, carrying out mechanical service, breakdown response, precision alignments, component replacement, spindle work, ball screw repairs, and full machine rebuild activities. No two days are the same, giving you the chance to develop into a true machine tool expert.

Working as part of a skilled and supportive engineering team, you'll receive industry-leading OEM training while benefiting from excellent earning potential through door-to-door pay and premium overtime rates - with realistic earnings of £50,000-£60,000+.

The company is well known for its engineering standards, staff retention, and positive working culture, offering engineers real autonomy in the field alongside an excellent work-life balance - including an early 12:00pm finish every Friday.

This role is ideal for a mechanically biased CNC Service Engineer, Machine Tool Engineer, or Maintenance Engineer looking to work on advanced machinery, increase their earnings, and build a long-term career with a stable and growing business.

The Role:

* Mechanical service, maintenance, and repair of CNC machine tools
* Fault finding, machine rebuilds, alignments, and precision engineering work
* Door-to-door pay
* £50,000 - £60,000+ On-Target Earnings (including overtime)
* Full OEM training and ongoing specialist development
* Field-based role covering a local patch
* Early finish every Friday

The Person:

* Experience working on CNC machinery or machine tools
* Strong mechanical fault-finding and maintenance skills
* Knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain controls advantageous
* Mechanically biased or multi-skilled engineer
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Looking for long-term progression and technical development
