Administrative Coordinator
Location: East Hull
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 39 hours per week (Monday to Thursday, 7:30am - 5:45pm)
The Opportunity
We are working with a large, well-established manufacturing business based in East Hull who are looking to recruit a highly organised Administrative Coordinator to support their busy production team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced environment where you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by ensuring accurate administration and coordination across the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the day-to-day administration of the manufacturing operation
Producing and maintaining reports for production and management teams
Booking in deliveries and ensuring accurate records are kept
Checking deliveries against notes, ensuring quantities and details are correct
Ordering stock and materials to ensure continuous supply to site
Liaising with suppliers, warehouse, and production teams
Maintaining accurate documentation and data records
Providing general administrative support across the department
About You
Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role (manufacturing or logistics environment desirable)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Confident working with data, reports, and stock systems
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Good communication skills and the ability to liaise across teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
