Attend design team and site meetings
Undertake site visits to ensure projects achieve high quality and technical compliance
Manage and coordinate the design team alongside provide technical design to projects
Prepare planning, technical and construction drawings
Prepare and submit planning applicationsSkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

Degree within Architectural Technology
Good post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
Strong technical and presentation skills
Working knowledge of UK building regulations
Experience working on projects across a range of sectors
Excellent communication and organisational skills
