What you will do…
The Fines Administrator is responsible for providing efficient, accurate, and timely administrative support to the Driver Services Team, ensuring that all fines, penalty notices, and related documentation are processed in line with internal procedures and external requirements. The role plays a key part in maintaining accurate records, managing communications with authorities and customers, and ensuring that payments, refunds, and representations are handled correctly.
Through strong attention to detail, organisation, and a methodical approach, the Fines Administrator helps to minimise risk, maintain compliance, and support a positive customer experience while contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the department.
What do you need to be successful…
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused individual with a methodical approach to work and the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.

* At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative or similar role
* Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* The ability to work well under pressure, particularly during busy periods
* Good numeracy and literacy skills
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
* Confident communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
