Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm

Talented People Solutions is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Reach Truck Driver to join their warehouse operation based in Crawley.

This is a permanent opportunity offering stable working hours, a competitive salary and overtime opportunities within a professional and fast-paced environment.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of stock throughout the warehouse while supporting the wider operation to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

* Operating a Reach Truck in a safe and efficient manner

* Loading, unloading and relocating stock within the warehouse

* Assisting with order picking and packing activities when required

* Ensuring stock is stored correctly and accurately

* Maintaining high standards of housekeeping throughout the warehouse

* Adhering to all health and safety procedures and site regulations

Candidate Requirements

* Valid Reach Truck Licence (essential)

* Previous warehouse experience

* Good understanding of warehouse health and safety practices

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

* Reliable, hardworking and proactive approach

Package

* £28,750 per annum

* Permanent contract

* Monday to Friday working pattern

* 7:00am to 4:00pm

* Overtime available

* Supportive and professional working environment

Pre-Employment Checks

Due to the nature of the operation, successful applicants will be required to complete:

* Basic DBS check

* Aviation Security Training
