You may have experience in internal sales, account management, customer service or business development.

You are organised, self-motivated, and happy managing your own pipeline of opportunities.
Most importantly, you bring enthusiasm, drive and a genuine hunger to generate business.
What you will be doing with your experience in this role
You will focus on re-engaging dormant, lapsed and low-spending accounts, helping unlock opportunities that already exist within the customer database.
You will proactively contact customers, understand their current requirements and identify where the business can support them.
You will follow up on quotations, generate enquiries and create opportunities through consistent outbound activity.
Alongside this, you will work with existing active customers to identify additional projects and services that could add value.
This is not a reactive customer service role. Success will come from building relationships, creating conversations and generating revenue through proactive sales activity.
