* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Have recent UK primary teaching experience
* Have strong KS2 curriculum knowledge
* Be organised, enthusiastic, and committed to pupil progress
* Possess strong behaviour management skills
* Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
