Working across a site that uses automated production lines, cooling systems, and large-scale cooking equipment, producing 150+ different food products using modern food-processing technology, as the Manufacturing Manager you will be responsible for:
Manage and coordinate shift operations to meet production targets within the FMCG sector.
Maintain and improve production quality standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of production staff to achieve operational goals.
Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and delivery of production schedules.
Analyse production data to track performance and implement corrective measures where necessary.
Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations at all times.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on shift performance and productivity.Profile
A successful Manufacturing Manager should have:
