The Role of Project Cost Controller
As the Project Cost Controller, you will be responsible for managing the on-site procurement of materials, equipment, and services to support construction and project delivery activities. This role ensures timely, cost-effective, and compliant purchasing in accordance with project requirements, supply chain procedures, and nuclear governance standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Sourcing, procuring, and expediting materials, tools, consumables, and services required for site operations
Obtaining competitive quotations and evaluating supplier offers based on cost, quality, lead time, and compliance
Building strong working relationships with suppliers, contractors, and internal site teams
Ensuring all procurement activities follow company policies, site procedures, and nuclear-regulated purchasing controls
Supporting cost control by securing competitive pricing and identifying opportunities for cost savings

Knowledge of high-integrity material traceability, QA requirements, and regulated procurement processes
Familiarity with digital procurement platforms or supplier performance systems
