We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrician to join a busy property services team delivering high-quality repairs, maintenance and installation work across a diverse domestic housing portfolio. You will be responsible for carrying out electrical works safely, efficiently, and to the highest professional standards, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, testing, inspection, and installation work in domestic properties.
* Complete electrical condition reports, periodic inspections, and certification in line with current regulations.
* Diagnose faults and carry out remedial works across a range of domestic electrical systems and installations.
* Ensure all work complies with current legislation, industry standards, and safe working practices, including the Electricity at Work Regulations.
* Carry out full or partial rewires, upgrades, and new installations where required.
