We are recruiting on behalf of a growing and established children's residential care provider seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join their team in Milton Keynes.

The Role
As a Team Leader, you will support the day-to-day operation of the home, providing guidance and leadership to Residential Support Workers whilst ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
You will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment where children and young people can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, support and motivate a team of Residential Support Workers.
* Promote the safety, welfare and wellbeing of children and young people.
* Support the implementation and review of individual care plans.
* Conduct staff supervisions and provide ongoing guidance and development.
* Work collaboratively with social workers, therapists and other professionals.
* Ensure accurate record keeping and compliance with regulatory standards.
* Act as a positive role model for both young people and staff.
* Support the home's commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes for children.
Requirements
Essential
* Previous experience working with children and young people in a residential care setting.
* NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Knowledge of safeguarding and children's residential care practices.
* Ability to manage challenging situations calmly and professionally.
* Passion for supporting vulnerable children and young people.
Desirable
* Previous Team Leader or Senior Residential Support Worker experience.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
