Location: Solihull
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
Hours: 07:00–16:00 Monday to Thursday, 07:00–13:00 Friday

About the Role: We are looking for a reliable Production Operative to join a growing team based in Solihull. You will support a range of warehouse and production activities within a busy manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assemble turnstiles, PODs, and cabins.

Strip down customer assets.

Carry out manual handling and lifting duties.

Complete production records accurately.

Move and store stock safely.

Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Ensure pallets and stillages are secure.

Support different production areas as required.

Follow company procedures and health & safety standards.

Drive the company van when needed.

Requirements

Good organisational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Physically fit for manual handling tasks.

Desirable:

FLT Counterbalance Licence.

Experience with electrical assembly.

Wiring experience.
