Building Services Engineer Location: Bicester
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 Bonus

Are you an experienced Building Services Engineer with a strong M&E background? Do you enjoy working in a varied, hands-on role where you can make a real impact on site performance and reliability?
We’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled individual to join a growing facilities team, supporting the maintenance and optimisation of critical building services across a modern site in Bicester.
The RoleAs a Building Services Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of mechanical and electrical systems. You’ll be involved in both planned and reactive maintenance, working across a wide range of building services and infrastructure.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintenance & Operations
Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across M&E systems
Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
Diagnose faults, carry out root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with permit-to-work systems
Identify recurring faults and improvement opportunities
Support small projects, upgrades, and system improvementsWhat We’re Looking For
Monitoring systems (BMS) – training provided
Logging/reporting issues (CAFM/CMMS helpful)
Experience maintaining buildings (not machinery)
Comfortable with general repairs and reactive maintenance
Able to deal with real-world issues (leaks, faults, minor fixes)
Basic understanding of building services systems (e.g. HVAC, plant rooms, heating systems, electrics)What’s on Offer
