Empowering Learning is currently working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive middle school in Redditch, to recruit a Year 5 Primary Teacher. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity starting as in September 2026. The school is seeking an enthusiastic Year 5 Primary Teacher to join their dedicated team, where high-quality teaching and learning is at the heart of everything they do.

The Successful Year 5 Primary Teacher Will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - ECTs are welcome to apply
Have recent experience teaching in UK primary schools (within the last 5 years), ideally in Key Stage 2
Be passionate about delivering high-quality, engaging education that inspires and challenges Year 5 pupils
Demonstrate excellent classroom management and collaborative working skills
Have a strong understanding of the Year 5 curriculum and assessment requirements
Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupilsWhat the School Offers
