We are supporting a valued client in Glasgow who is seeking a detail-oriented and organised HR Administrator to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong HR administration and data entry experience to contribute to a busy and supportive HR function.

You will play a key role in ensuring HR processes run smoothly by maintaining accurate records, supporting transactional activities, and providing administrative support across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team across the employee lifecycle.

* Accurately input, update and maintain employee data within HR systems.

* Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is completed and recorded correctly.

* Manage HR inbox queries, responding promptly and escalating where appropriate.

* Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including contracts, letters, and employee records.

* Assist with reporting and data analysis, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all times.

* Support payroll processes by ensuring employee data is up to date and accurate.

* Ensure all HR records and processes comply with company policies and employment legislation.

* Assist with general HR projects and administrative tasks as required.

About You

* Proven experience in an HR Administration or similar role.

* Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

* Experience working with HR systems; knowledge of iTrent would be highly advantageous.

* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

* Strong communication skills and a professional, confidential approach.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

* A proactive and reliable team player with a positive attitude.
