Person Specification

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS); ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply
Demonstrates excellent classroom practice within EYFS or KS1
Has a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework and/or Key Stage 1 National Curriculum
Passionate about delivering engaging and inclusive learning experiences
Able to inspire, motivate, and support children of all abilities
Committed to maintaining high standards of teaching, learning, and behaviour
Values professional development and collaborative working
Skilled in assessment, planning, and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
Ambitious and eager to contribute to the wider life and development of the schoolKey Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across EYFS or KS1
Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons that support all learners
Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress to ensure excellent outcomes
Create a positive, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and senior leaders
Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and carers
