The Supply Register is recruiting Learning Support Assistants / Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Grantham and surrounding areas.
Working in partnership with the Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust, we offer a mix of day‑to‑day supply, short‑term, and longer‑term opportunities.
About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll support pupils across EYFS and KS1, helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Roles may include:
General classroom support
Small group interventions
1:1 support for pupils who need additional help
Key Responsibilities
Support learning across the primary curriculum
Deliver 1:1 and small‑group support
Assist the class teacher with daily classroom activities
Promote a calm, structured learning environment
Support pupils’ confidence and emotional wellbeing
What We’re Looking For
Experience working with children or young people (school experience desirable)
Strong communication and behaviour‑management skills
A flexible, reliable, and proactive approach
A genuine passion for supporting pupils
A valid DBS (or willingness to apply)
