An award-winning Quantity Surveying consultancy is looking to strengthen its Manchester office by appointing an experienced Quantity Surveyor with experience in prime residential or broader residential projects.
The Quantity Surveyor's role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a diverse and high-performing Quantity Surveying team that consistently sets high standards in delivering exceptional residential projects for private clients across the Northwest.
The new Quantity Surveyor shall undertake a client-facing role, supporting the delivery of projects at both Pre and Post contract stages, while working closely with client's other team members.
The Quantity Surveyor
Working towards completing APC Interview
Minimum - completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
Prime / high-end residential project experience would be preferred
Strong Pre and Post contract knowledge
Ideally experience with working for private clients
PQS / QS Consultancy background and work experience
Based in the NorthwestIn Return?
