Live-In Support Worker – Learning Disabilities
Location: Multiple locations in Yeovil
Job Type: Live-In Support | Regular Bookings | Minimum 2-Week Assignments
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced female Live-In Support Worker to assist an adult with learning disabilities in their own home in Salisbury. This role offers regular ongoing work with bookings ranging from 1 to 3 weeks, providing consistency, stability, and the chance to build a meaningful therapeutic relationship.
🕒 Shift Details
Hours: 7:00am – 10:00pm (Live-in)
Working Pattern: 6 days per week
Breaks: 2-hour break per day + 1x 8-hour extended break per week

Experience working with adults with learning disabilities
*
Understanding of communication needs, sensory needs, or behaviours of concern
*
Confident with care plans, routines, and maintaining clear boundaries
*
Kind, patient, and consistent with excellent communication skills
*
Must be female (due to client’s preference)
