To be considered for this role, you will need:

Previous experience supporting pupils within a primary school environment
A strong understanding of classroom routines and expectations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to promote positive behaviour and engagement
A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards learning
