We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist secondary SEN school in Tower Hamlets that supports young people with Autism Spectrum Condition and associated communication needs.

Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
Support students' communication, independence and life skills
Work collaboratively with therapists and support staff
Monitor progress against EHCP outcomesEssential Requirements:
QTS or equivalent
Experience teaching pupils with autism
Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
