Renowned for their customer-first approach, they provide a comprehensive range of services including managed IT support, cyber security, cloud solutions, and IT infrastructure management.
As part of their continued growth, they are looking to appoint an Account Manager to join their Leicester-based team. This opportunity comes with an existing portfolio of clients, meaning there is no expectation to bring your own customer base. Instead, you'll focus on strengthening relationships, driving account growth, and identifying new opportunities within a warm and engaged client network.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for an ambitious and commercially minded Account Manager who enjoys building long-term partnerships while uncovering opportunities to expand client accounts. You’ll become a trusted advisor to your customers, helping them maximise the value of their IT investments through tailored technology solutions.
Working closely with internal technical and service delivery teams, you'll ensure clients receive exceptional support while identifying opportunities across managed services, cloud technologies, cyber security, and infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships within an established portfolio of client accounts.
Identify and convert upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the company's IT services portfolio.
Conduct regular account reviews to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Collaborate with technical and service teams to provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
Support company growth through proactive account development and opportunity generation.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and account activity within the CRM system.About You
Previous experience in Account Management within an MSP, IT services, telecommunications, or technology environment.
Strong understanding of managed IT services, cloud technologies, and cyber security solutions.
Commercially aware with a proven ability to identify and develop revenue opportunities.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
Capable of managing multiple customer accounts and prioritising workloads effectively.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.What's on Offer
