Our client is a rapidly growing organisation, seeking a commercially minded finance professional to step into a key role supporting both leadership and operations. This is an excellent opportunity to combine technical expertise with team leadership in a fast-paced environment.
The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of financial reporting for part of the business, ensuring accurate, insightful outputs while helping guide a small team. Alongside core reporting cycles, you’ll play a key role in planning, forecasting and improving finance processes, partnering closely with non-finance stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee monthly reporting, delivering clear and meaningful performance analysis
Review and elevate the work of junior team members, providing coaching and direction
Contribute to budgeting and forecasting with a focus on commercial insight
Build strong relationships across the business to support decision-making
Drive efficiencies and continuous improvement within finance processes
Support audits and ensure robust financial controls and documentationAbout You
Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
Strong grounding in management accounting
Confident communicator, able to translate financial data into business insight
Experience mentoring or supervising others
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Advanced Excel skills; exposure to data tools or automation is advantageousWhy Apply?
