Key responsibilities include supporting daily living activities, encouraging community engagement, promoting recovery, monitoring well-being, maintaining accurate records, and responding appropriately to challenging behaviours or crisis situations. You will work closely with service users, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure high standards of care are delivered.
The ideal candidate will have experience within mental health, supported living, residential care, or a similar setting, with strong communication skills, a caring approach, and a commitment to safeguarding and person-centred support
