We are recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced Parts Advisor to join a well-established dealership in the Selby area. Our client, a reputable family-run business with over a decade of industry presence, offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional seeking stability, job security, and a positive working environment. The successful individual will play a key role in providing exceptional service to customers and supporting the Parts Department’s operational needs.

Competitive basic salary up to £31,000, with an OTE of approximately £34,000
Monday to Friday working hours, 40 hours per week; no weekend work

Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the correct automotive parts as a Parts Advisor
Provide expert advice on parts and accessories to ensure customer satisfaction
Manage inventory and stock levels efficiently to optimise availability
Collaborate with the sales team and workshop to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and new product releases
Ensure accurate recording of sales and stock control to support operational efficiencyRequirements of a Parts Advisor:

Proven experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive industry
Strong knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and related systems
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Familiarity with inventory management systems is desirable
