artnership Recruiting are looking for a Production Team Leader to join their client’s management team at their state-of-the-art facility in Irvine.
This is a Monday to Friday role only with no weekend working required!! The position operates on a weekly rotational shift pattern between day shift and back shift offering variety while maintaining a consistent work-life balance.
As a Shift Leader you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the production process, overseeing manufacturing operations, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance. You will work closely with the Production Supervisor and Manager to meet production targets and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team to achieve daily production output targets and KPIs
* Drive smaller process improvement projects as assigned
* Support continuous improvement in line with quality and safety objectives
* Maintain excellent housekeeping standards through strict adherence to 5S principles
* Ensure all equipment and work areas are properly maintained for optimal performance
* Liaise effectively with Safety, Logistics, Technical, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations
Experience / Qualifications Required:
* Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma qualification or experience is preferred
* Experience working on continuous process production lines is advantageous
* Strong understanding of 5S and its impact on safety and operational efficiency
* Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
