We are looking for an experienced Solar Sales Consultant to join our rapidly expanding Solar PV business. This is a self-employed, commission-only role with unlimited, high-quality inbound leads provided — no cold calling required.

This opportunity is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a performance-driven environment and wants to maximise their earning potential while working with a strong operational support team.

Key Responsibilities

* Contact and manage inbound customer enquiries

* Conduct in-home and remote consultations

* Assess suitability for Solar PV and battery systems

* Present tailored proposals and quotations

* Convert leads into confirmed installations

* Work closely with operations to deliver a smooth customer journey

Requirements

* Proven experience in Solar PV sales (essential)

* Strong closing and negotiation skills

* Good understanding of solar systems and battery storage

* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

* Professional and customer-focused approach

* Full UK driving licence
