The Role
You'll be responsible for:
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Managing order amendments and delivery updates
Handling customer queries, complaints and returns
Raising credit notes and invoices
Coordinating deliveries and transport arrangements
Maintaining customer records and online portals
Liaising with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
About You
Previous customer service, administration or sales support experience
Strong communication and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office
Able to prioritise and work under pressure
D365 experience is advantageous but not essential
