Asbestos Surveyor – Glasgow
Up to £36,000 + Benefits
An established asbestos consultancy in Scotland is expanding across the Central Belt and due to a growing workload, is looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor based locally in Glasgow or in the surrounding areas.
This is a great opportunity to join a business that genuinely invests in its people. You’ll benefit from a varied workload across residential, commercial and industrial projects, while being kept as local as possible. No long-distance travel will be required, just consistent, well-managed work in your region.
What makes this role stand out is the long-term development on offer. The company actively supports further training and will fully fund additional qualifications such as BOHS P403, P404 and P405, helping you broaden your skillset and progress your career.
What’s on offer:
* Salary up to £36,000 (flexible depending on experience)

As an Asbestos Surveyor, you will:
* Conduct management, refurbishment and demolition surveys
* Produce clear and accurate survey reports
* Work across a mix of residential, commercial and industrial sites
* Ensure all work is carried out in line with current regulations and company standards
* Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
What they’re looking for:
* BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 qualification in Asbestos Surveying with a minimum of 12 months field experience
* Full UK driving licence
* Experience using TEAMS or similar asbestos software
* Good IT skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills and a professional approach
