Junior IT Trainer (MS Office applications)
A well regarded mid tier law firm are looking to recruit an experienced IT Trainer to join their IT Department. Working as the sole IT Trainer you will be responsible for enabling the firm's staff to get the most out of technology by delivering a broad range of IT training using a variety of methods.
The successful candidate will have 18months + experience working as an IT Trainer in a corporate firm or training company so you will have good training experience on applications including MS 365 Suite and Windows 11. If you have experience training legal applications that would be an amazing bonus. With this experience you will be responsible for the whole training life cycle from new joiner training to ongoing development training.
Offering a variety of training approaches be it in person, remote, deskside in either groups or one-to one's or workshops, you will develop strong relationships with the users to understand training needs and promote continuous improvement through offering engaging and flexible training.
You will produce and maintain the IT training schedule, produce training material, manuals and tips and provide follow up support working closely with the support team. You will also be actively involved in projects/rollouts ensuring technology adoption.
Working in the office 3 days a week with 2 days from home as normal but with flexibility during periods of high training needs such as September intake, IT project rollouts.
