Do you have experience delivering excellent customer service, supporting customers, students, or colleagues, and are looking for a role that offers greater stability, purpose, and work–life balance? Or do you come from a retail, hospitality, contact centre, administration, or customer-facing background and want to use your skills in a rewarding educational environment?

Based at our stunning Lackham Campus, set within 500 acres of beautiful Wiltshire countryside, you'll work in a unique environment that combines outstanding customer service with one of the region's leading educational settings. The campus is home to exceptional specialist Land Based facilities, supporting a wide range of curriculum areas including agriculture, animal management, equine studies, horticulture, and countryside management.

If you're ready to step away from unpredictable shift patterns, sales-driven targets, or high-pressure customer service environments, this is your opportunity to join a supportive organisation where helping people is at the heart of what you do.

Join Wiltshire College & University Centre and become a key part of the customer experience — providing professional, friendly, and efficient support to students, visitors, staff, and external stakeholders while building a rewarding career in education.
