Are you currently working as a Resourcer and ready to take the next step into a full 360 recruitment role?

About the Role
This is the perfect opportunity for someone with foundational recruitment experience (or strong sales/customer-facing skills) who wants to develop into a fully-fledged Recruitment Consultant.
You'll start by strengthening your candidate management and delivery skills, while gaining exposure to the sales side of recruitment, including:
Business development
Client relationship management
Negotiation and commercial awarenessWith ongoing mentoring and support, you'll quickly progress into managing your own desk and clients.
What You'll Be Doing
Sourcing and interviewing candidates across commercial and industrial roles
Building strong talent pipelines and candidate relationships
Supporting senior consultants on live roles and client requirements
Learning how to win new business and develop client partnerships
Developing into a 360 recruitment consultant roleAbout You
Experience as a Resourcer OR in a sales/customer-facing role
Ambitious, motivated, and career-driven
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment
