Key Responsibilities
Leading and motivating the truck sales team to hit and exceed targets
Building strong, long-term relationships with key customers
Delivering a one-stop shop approach – driving full aftersales reassurance and care
Ensuring dealer target KPIs are met consistently across the department
Keeping the Sales department running smoothly and efficiently
Continuously developing product and legislative knowledge across the team
What You'll Need
Previous experience in a truck sales role – management experience preferred but not essential if you're ready to step up
Ability to motivate and inspire others
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build genuine relationships with customers and colleagues
HGV licence (advantage but not essential)
