Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Close to Leicester - approximately 10–15 minutes from Junction 21A of the M1 (Leicester Forest East Interchange).
Rate: £39.00 per hour FCSA Umbrella (Inside IR35) or £28.50 per hour PAYE
Duration: 12 Month Contract (Likely to Extend)
Hours: Monday–Thursday 08:00–16:30, Friday 08:00–14:00 (some flexibility available)
Start Date: ASAP

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join a global leading manufacturing organisation. This role offers the opportunity to support a dedicated customer group, influence people initiatives and contribute to both operational and strategic HR activities within a growing business.
Due to continued business growth, the HR team is seeking additional support to enhance service delivery, reduce reactive workload and provide dedicated HR partnership across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with operational leaders to support their people management agenda.
Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies, employment legislation and employee relations matters.
Support managers with complex employee relations cases, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
Manage and maintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, timely approvals and effective absence tracking.
Analyse HR data and provide recommendations to senior leaders on key people metrics including retention, turnover and training requirements.
Lead workforce planning and succession planning activities to support future business growth.
Coach and develop leaders on people management processes and policies.
Contribute to strategic HR initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
Build strong working relationships across all levels of the organisation.Essential Experience
Employee relations experience, including disciplinary and grievance management.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data manipulation, reporting and analysis.
Experience working with Trade Unions and labour relations matters.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to build relationships across both operational and leadership teams.
Comfortable working in a hands-on HR environment and supporting day-to-day activities.Desirable Experience
Experience using Workday or a similar HRIS platform.
Experience within Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, Engineering, Aerospace, Rail or Automotive environments.
CIPD qualification.
Experience using Power BI.
Experience working within a unionised environment.
Project leadership or project coordination experience.
Exposure to complex or fast-paced organisations.What's on Offer
