We are working in partnership with Leigh Academies Trust to recruit enthusiastic and dedicated Humanities Teachers to join a few of their successful secondary schools from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for passionate educators to inspire young people and deliver engaging lessons within a supportive and ambitious academy environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and high-quality Humanities lessons that inspire and challenge students.
Monitor student progress and implement effective strategies to raise attainment.
Contribute positively to the wider school community and departmental development.
Key Skills
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to motivate students and create an inclusive learning environment.
Essential Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching Humanities within the UK secondary curriculum.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
