Our client, a leading vehicle repair and accident management group, is seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join their team in Stockport.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Paint Sprayer with a passion for delivering high-quality vehicle finishes to progress their career within a modern and supportive environment. This Paint Sprayer position offers significant opportunities for development, recognition, and long-term career growth in the automotive industry.

Prepare vehicles meticulously for painting, including priming and masking
Operate as a proficient Paint Sprayer to apply paint with precision, using advanced techniques and materials
Match colours accurately to original vehicle shades to ensure seamless repairs
Utilise appropriate PPE and RPE to maintain safety standards at all times
Inspect, polish, and finish paint jobs to high-quality standards
Maintain a clean and organised workspace for efficiency and safety
Work collaboratively with team members to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Support and contribute to ongoing training and developmentRequirements:
Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer or Vehicle Painter in an automotive repair or body shop setting
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Paint Sprayer, with excellent attention to detail
Extensive knowledge of spray painting techniques, colour matching, and finishing processes
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adhere to deadlines
Strong communication skills and team player mentality
Demonstrated commitment to safety standards and quality workmanship
