We're recruiting a talented Sous Chef to join a well-run military kitchen near Woking, based in barracks at ATC Pirbright. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a supportive environment where you can focus on leading shifts and delivering quality food, without the pressure of full menu or rota responsibility. Key Responsibilities:
As a Sous Chef near Woking, you will:
Support the kitchen team and lead shifts confidently
Oversee food preparation, quality, and presentation

Assist with stock control and learn ordering processes
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and efficient
