Position: Mechanical Fitter
Location: Bristol Bradley Stoke
Salary: £36,000 + annual bonus
Type of position: permanent
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30 am to 16:30 and early finish on Friday at 13.00

We are now seeking to recruit a mechanical fitter to work for a dynamic and growing company manufacturing fluid systems. Th appropriate candidate would be responsible for mechanical fitting of bespoke fluid system, hoses and valves.
The appropriate candidate would be trained in fabrication and preferably has an experience of bending copper or steel pipes.
Responsibilities of mechanical fitter:
Working to specifications assembling / fitting of fluid systems, houses, valves and pressure regulators
Using measuring tools, callipers, verniers and micrometres
Using measuring tools and hand tools
Working to technical drawings
Pipe bending
Requirements of mechanical fitter:
Good working knowledge of measuring tools with ability to use to use measuring and
Previous experience in precision mechanical fitting or assembly environment
Ability to read engineering drawings
Pipe bending experience is desirable but full training will be provided
Meticulous eye for detail
Previous experience in working to precise tolerances using measuring tools such as micrometeors and callipers
